When you become a Capturing Couture Affiliate you’ll earn 10% for each order that’s placed using your unique affiliate link. YOU MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. – Create your log-in for our affiliate program using your e-mail address associated with your Paypal account so we can pay you. This program is not designed for you to get a discount on your own orders,

however, we will send our producing affiliates bonus coupons periodically for their own purchases.

Sounds Fabulous, How Does It Work?

If you’ve got a website that influences buyers, photographers, camera owners, or fashion forward people... or you’re an experienced affiliate marketer, then our affiliate program was designed for you! We use e-Junkie to manage the log-in and affiliate links. When someone clicks on your link and buys (even up to 180 days later), you’ll receive a 10% commission. You will be paid that commission as long as the order is not fraudulent. It is then into your PayPal account automatically during the next payment processing run.

How are Visitors Tracked?

We use 180 day tracking cookies, meaning that a visitor who clicked your affiliate link can purchase at anytime within 6 months and you will still receive your commission!

Joining the Program

By clicking at the link at the bottom of the page, filling out the signup form, and upon acceptance, you will become an affiliate

and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely to legally advertise our website to

receive a commission on Capturing Couture product purchased by your referred individuals.

Affiliate Responsibilities

You will introduce Capturing Couture products to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well

those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. Capturing Couture reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay you a commission per customer referred using your affiliate code according to the designated payment schedule. Either you or Capturing Couture may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time and without notice. You are only eligible to earn Capturing Couture payments during your time as an approved Affiliate.

Capturing Couture may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time, without notice.

Affiliate Relationship

This Affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. Capturing Couture will not be liable for indirect, special or

consequential damages arising in connection with this program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program

will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you. Capturing Couture makes no express or implied warranties or

representations with respect to the program. In addition, Capturing Couture makes no representation that the operation of the

service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Capturing Couture will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)

Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)

Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities

Violation of intellectual property rights

Inability to setup links or refer clients to Capturing Couture (lack of performance)

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised “offline” in classified ads,

magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us.

Affiliate Tracking

When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also,

their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product,

the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission.

Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is

present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

Terms of the Agreement

These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by Capturing Couture at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of

database files, and any results of “intents of harm” to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied

warranties with respect to the affiliate program. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website

will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.

What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program allows one website to refer visitors to another website that is selling a product and get credit for any product that is purchased on that website from the referred visitors. So, in the case of our affiliate program, you link to our product from your website, and we pay you a commission from each sale from the visitors you send us!

How do I sign up?

To sign up for our program simply fill out the application form. You will be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions before your application can be submitted. We will review your application and if accepted, you will receive an e-mail notification with your login information. Once you have that e-mail, you can log-in and start creating links, get HTML code for our images, and using our other content and tools to start earning money selling our product.

How much do you pay in commissions?

Capturing Couture pays a 10% commission.

How often do you pay your affiliates?

We pay all accrued commissions once per month electronically via PayPal. We pay on the 15th of the following calendar month.

How do I link to your site once I’m an affiliate?

After you sign up and are accepted, you will be able to log-in and see examples on how to link to us. It’s very simple.

Is there any cost to become an affiliate?

No, it’s a free program.

How do I check my statistics to see how I am doing?

After you have been accepted into the program, you will be able to log-in to the Affiliate Center on www.e-junkie.com.
