Nicole Fiorentino is the bassist and background vocalist for The Smashing Pumpkins. Since joining the band in May 2010, Nicole has toured worldwide, gracing the stages of the U.S., U.K., Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and Mexico. Nicole's work is showcased on the critically acclaimed album "Oceania" on which she wrote and performed all of the bass lines and sang background vocals. The album was released in June of 2012. No stranger to the stage, Nicole previously worked with internationally renowned pop-rockers Veruca Salt from 2005-2009. In addition, she carried the bass duties with Spinnerette (Brody Dalle) in 2008/2009, and locally with L.A acts Light FM, Twilight Sleep and Radio Vago from 2000-2005. She currently has a project with grammy nominated writer/producer Meghan Toohey called The Cold and Lovely. The band released a self titled full length in 2012 and an E.P. "Ellis Bell" in 2013.
