Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Capturing Couture strap. If you don’t, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price to your original payment method.

To be eligible: items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include your packing slip.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned, unless they arrive defective.

Defects: if a product has a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost, including shipping.

Return shipping: for non-defective returns, you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable. We suggest a trackable service for returns over $75.

Exchanges: want a different color or style? Return the item for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we’ll help.

Refund timing: we’ll email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

International orders: import duties and taxes aren’t refundable.
